Elvis is a 1 year old neutered male Dachshund mix. What other breed may be mixed in there, we are unsure, but he is a cutie. His owners have had difficulties pop up in their lives, preventing them from being able to care for Elvis, and they turned him over to us, hoping we could find a good home for him. Elvis is nervous meeting new people, and giving him time and space to warm up to you is how he would like things handled. Even after taking him home, he may need that patience and space. Not to worry, though, he will come around and decide that you are trustworthy and the best thing that ever happened to him.
